The apartment Bellevue has space for up to 4 adults on about 750 sqft. It is located on the 1st floor of one of our main buildings and has a separate entrance. It also has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, oven and extractor fan as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The beautiful, large balcony of the apartment offers one of the best views of the sea and the offshore vineyards. Further equipment features are a washing machine, air conditioning and 3 satellite TVs (flat screens in all rooms, including bathroom). The main living room has a cosy open space towards the mezzanine level and is partly furnished with antiques. On the mezzanine level, which can be reached via a staircase from the main living room, there is a sleeping area with a large double bed. The separate bedroom with a canopy double bed and a nice modern bathroom with shower and toilet complete the apartment. The floors in the living room are tiled with high-quality ceramics. The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with wood flooring.

From A9 direction Montpellier: Please take the exit Beziers-Est and drive towards direction Valras-Plage/Vendres-Plage (direction of the seafront). When you pass Serignan you will see a Carrefour supermarket on the right hand side. Leave towards direction Valras-Plage at the next roundabout. On the following roundabout you follow the direction Vendres-Plage. You are now driving alongside the Mediteranean coast. The road ends just before the delta of the river “Aude”. Now turn right into a small road (watch out, main road leads to the little harbor), which goes up the river for about 1.25 miles until you can pass the river via a bridge on the left. After the bridge turn right and remain on this winding road until the next crossroad is coming. Here you turn left into the Route du Vin (direction St. Pierre la Mer). After about 1.9 miles you will see the advertising signs of Chateau Moyau and turn right. From this junction it is just 1300 feet up the hill and then you have reached your destination.
From A9 direction Narbonne: Please take the exit Narbonne-Est and drive towards the direction of Narbonne Plage. In Narbonne Plage, follow the direction St. Pierre la Mer, always parallel to the coastline. At the end of the village of St. Pierre la Mer you pass the Municipal campsite on your right and have to go a short way up the hill (about 170 feet). At the roundabout you take the first exit right and enter the Route du Vin (direction Cabanes de Fleury) down hill. You now follow this road for about 1.9 miles and then turn left when you see the sign for “Chateau Moyau”. After 1300 feet up the hill you have reached your destination.
